 Welcome to Ozarks Gold Farm.

Nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, our farm is the realization of a dream that began more than 45 years ago.

Growing up on a family farm in Elkland, Missouri, I discovered my love for goats at a young age. What started with a few quickly grew into a herd of 72 goats. Those animals taught me responsibility, dedication, and the value of hard work—lessons that have stayed with me throughout my life.

Raised by hardworking and supportive parents, I was encouraged to pursue my goals and never shy away from a challenge. When it came time to take the next step in life, I made the difficult decision to sell my herd. The proceeds helped purchase my first car and allowed me to attend nursing school, beginning a career devoted to caring for others.

Although nursing became my life's work, my love for goats never faded.

After retiring from a rewarding career in nursing, I found myself drawn back to the dream that had never truly left my heart. For Christmas in 2025, my husband, Rick, surprised me with three Nigerian Dwarf goat kids. That thoughtful gift rekindled a lifelong passion and marked the beginning of a new adventure.

Today, we're building more than a herd. We're building a farm rooted in faith, family, and a deep appreciation for the Ozarks. From expanding our herd and constructing our barn to carefully planning each step of our breeding program, Ozarks Gold Farm is growing with purpose and patience.

Our goal is to raise healthy, well-socialized Nigerian Dwarf goats with quality bloodlines, while creating a place that reflects the values we hold dear—honesty, integrity, compassion, and stewardship. We believe every animal deserves exceptional care, and every family who chooses one of our goats deserves honesty and lifelong support.
